Wellmark Series 9500 Safety Relief
Valves
These valves are for general purpose
gas and air service and are recommended for over-pressure
protection on separators, compressors, pressure vessels,
heater-treaters, gathering and transmission lines, meter
runs, and other systems where the rated capacities of the
valve are commensurate with the requirements of the system.
All of these valves are manufactured in accordance with the
ASME Boiler & Pressure Vessel Code and have been capacity
tested and certified by the National Board to meet the
requirements of Section VIII of the ASME Code, as signified
accordingly by the symbols "UV" and "NB" on their
nameplates.
Available in 1" x 1", 2" x 2", and
2" x 1-1/2" MxF NPT Connections.
*Note that for best pop-off and
re-seat operation, it is recommended to have at least 20%
difference between operating and pop-off pressures (i.e., a
system meant to relieve at 200 p.s.i. should have a normal
operating pressure of no greater than 160 p.s.i.).

W1392V Vapor Relief Valve
This valve is designed for control of
vapor emissions. It can be used on glycol dehydrator
re-boilers to meet EPA standards, or any situation where
pressure in ounces needs to be controlled. |
