Delta-dri

Kengro is proud to introduce Delta-Dri, an organic, granular industrial absorbent. Like the other Kengro product lines, Delta-Dri is all-natural and contains indigenous microbes to enhance the bioremediation of contaminated areas. This approach allows a wider range of treatment options when compared to clay-based products.

Delta-Dri is produced at a larger particle size than Biosorb. It has gone through a process that removes virtually all dust and fine particles. The material is ten times more absorbent than clay products, which leaves you with less material to clean up and a lower disposal bill. It begins absorbing immediately, meaning you don't have to leave it on the floor permanently. You can begin sweeping it up within minutes after application, and it leaves no visible residue behind.

You can use Delta-Dri over and over until it's completely saturated. It is non-abrasive and can be used around any kind of machinery. Delta-Dri is available in 2-cubic-foot paper bags, and in socks and booms.

All natural, completely renewable resource.

Non-toxic.

Absorbs 6+ times its own weight, leaches less than 1%.

Has indigenous microbes for bioremediation of petroleum hydrocarbons.

Lower disposal cost
Landfills may accept (subject to local and federal regulations);
Incineration yields less than 2% ash content.

Rated at 7500 BTUs.

Not water-soluble, and will float for long periods of time, making it useful for filtration of liquid contaminants in water as well as making recovery of water-borne spills much easier.

Has a density of 6-7 lbs per cubic foot.

Particle size is "standard Bin 3= minus 1/8"

Light brown color

Packaging: 2 or 3 cubic feet paper bags.

Kengro has a freight-allowed policy on three pallets or more (150 bags+) of Biosorb product; freight charges will be paid, but until fuel surcharges are reduced, the customer will be responsible for the fuel surcharge portion of the freight bill.
