ThreadOn API-Modified is a compound for casing, tubing, and line pipe, and is manufactured in accordance with the specifications and recommendations of API Bulletin 5A2 (1972).

It rises above other API-Modified compounds as a result of our unique blend of base greases which enhance application abilities to wet threads.

ThredOn 325 Fiberglass Thread Compound

Specially formulated for threaded fiberglass and PVC pipe. It provides for positive sealing integrity, resists water wash out, and ease of makeup and breakout. 325 contains PTFE for critical sealing effectiveness and special additives to provide adequate lubrication for fiberglass pipe threads. Reduces breakout torque after extended service life.

ThredOn 335 T&C "Klean Kote" Metallics-Free Thread Compound

Provides excellent service in severe environments and resists corrosive gases such as hydrogen sulfide (h2s) and carbon dioxide. It protects threads against galling and allows for ease of both breakout and makeup.

Texas Special thread compound is a lead-free alternative to API Modified compounds. A high quality, high torque tubing and casing thread dope for use on all threaded connections. Contains a high percentage of suspended solids, and can be used as a high temperature thread sealant for tubing, casing, and line pipe.

It is formulated with Chemola's exclusive Copper+Zinc+Solids additive package to insure a positive seal and ease of breakout. Texas Special will prevent galling or damage to threads. Easy to apply to hot or cold, dry or wet threads.

ThredOn 362 Black Gold Thread Compound for Tubing & Casing

Black Gold Thread Compound is an environmentally friendly, high torque tubing and casing thread dope for use on all threaded connections. Due to the high percentage of solids suspended in this compound it can also be used as a high temperature thread sealant for tubing, casing, and line pipe. It contains Chemola's exclusive Copper+Additive package compounded into grease, containing over 50% solids for superior sealing ability and ease of breakout. Black Gold will prevent galling or damage to threads while it ensures a positive seal. Easy to apply to hot or cold, dry or wet threads.

ThredOn T-Lok 900 Threadlocking Kit

ThredOn T-Lok 900 provides a complete two-component epoxy system that includes base resin, catalyst, and applicator. It is designed for use on all threaded joints and is especially applicable on drill casings and other pipe where the effective prevention of joint-loosening and casing back-off is required.

Application: The catalyst is emptied into the can containing the base epoxy resin, and the two are thoroughly mixed. The applicator is used to completely cover the male threads with the mixture, and the joint is then made up. A workable consistency averages 75 minutes. Complete cure occurs in 24 hours, after which connections may be broken by heating to 5500 F (2880 C).
